Yes, looks bad. Flat/low coastal areas in that region, and lots of boats are stored over there too.

Luckily, I am not there.... where I am is protected from that excitement.

We have been getting rain almost every day for the last 2 months.... so even if it brings more rain... not sure how I would notice.
