FJ: I had a sore throat for four days until it finally started to dissipate. No fever. No aches. Felt bad, so I took a nap every a.m. and afternoon. Home tested for Covid two times. Zippo. I haven't been sick with anything since October 2019, so this was quite a surprise. I did sit in the sun every day, in shorts and a tee shirt since its been in the 80's.

She said at lunch some of the chest congestion is breaking up with the coughing being productive. She was extremely chatty the whole time. I will take that as an indicator things are starting to improve slightly.

Well, this episode, as I was just informed, was assisted by a cup of coffee, a shot of bourbon, and a spoonful of the orange honey sauce we canned.

Mom makes stuff with whiskey, honey and lemon juice and calls it Witches Brew. if it doesn't cure the cough you just drink enough of it to put you out anyways. i've not had to use anything like that in years. *knocks on wooden head*

Thank you for this picture! It made me bust out laughing. Leg is elevated, ice pack on knee. Can't even watch Sheep TV as the selfish beasts have gone into their shelters to ruminate through the heat of the day. Can anyone say BORED? Thought I would flip over here to watch a little of @CrealCritter Cow TV at @CLSranch suggestion. Now I can watch CC's Cow TV AND have a great laugh!

Last nights episode of Cow TV. Watch us get wound up tighter than a rubber band. Seriously they really only move where I want them to go, when we ring the farm bell.

My neighbor commented on how T-Bone (right front) is in the 800~900 lb range and long steer, make thick steaks.

I did that in college and LOVED it!

Great class! It was to teach us to AI. The icing on the cake, was the certificate I got at the completion of the class, signed by the prof, had a CLEAR professor thumb print.. from poo.

I framed that sucker!
