My insurer has in home wellness visits being pushed. I've done the "no time", "not interested" & "don't need". Finally, said tell them to wear boots so they can follow me to feed and water livestock. Then they can help milk goats! No call backs since.

I really can't complain much. It's preventative health. Cheaper for them to do and catch something early. Just is time and no money on my part. Mom can never believe how different military medical is compared to what she deals with.

Good Morning ALL! Today is FH birthday but I don't think going to be actually celebrating it today though. I know tomorrow we're having a little get together with a couple friends to ring in the New Year. Finger foods (chips & dip, Brown Sugar Glazed Bacon Wrapped Lil Smokies, Cheese, Cracker & Pepperoni, Chicken dip, and I'm not sure what all the friends are bringing) plus we're having drinks too and playing card games (Uno, Dos [something like Uno], Skip Bo and who knows what else).
If you all want to stock up on Christmas deco, gift wrap and so one GET TO YOUR NEAREST WALMART VERY SOON all their Christmas stuff is 50% off right now. We went to Walmart yesterday and got some stuff so I'm hoping that a different Walmart today has the sale going on and we're able to get more today.
Seeing how the other day was such a great day here we took down all the Christmas stuff ENDED UP WITH 7 BINS (TOTES) and FH said that next Christmas we're going to have even more totes. Now that we have a house and the outside room we want to make our Christmas display better every year.

Got chinese food last night from our favorite local place. I threw up for 4 hours straight. Wife was fine. Miserable sleeping last night and today is going to be a long day. Wife is still having no issues, we ate completely different things.

Go mix up some apple cider vinegar and honey, half and half. Pour a shot of that in a small glass, add water and sip on it until gone. In about 45 minutes your food poisoning will be gone. Even if throwing up, running at both ends, ACV and honey will take out food poisoning. If you throw up the first glass, take another one. Enough will get into your system to help you.

After the last trip to the bathroom, all was well. Was sore from the chest/abdominal muscles getting a workout. Only back up in one direction. Been sipping water. No coffee this morning, boo. If it was food poisoning, it got out of my system quickly.

Oh, and the three kitties were hovering at bathroom big time. Dada Cat has been coughinh up bad hairballs!!!
