I was reading about the deadly Alabama tornado last nite/this a.m. Horrible wind all over the US!
The wind was strong here, I couldn't get to sleep because of it. Last I recall looking at the clock it was a little after 2 AM. I said a prayer for those in Mississippi and Alabama and also those that were in the chocolate factory in Pennsylvania.

Fighting a sinus infection. So much fun with a CPAP
That's what normally makes it so hard for me to use my cpap. Not an infection just normal allergies 365 days a year. When I can't breathe out it makes it hard for me to want to hook up a pressurized system to my nose.
After years of that I have to use an unhealthy energy drink after lunch to make the drive home (back to the camper) from work without falling asleep. That again makes it harder for me to go to sleep the next night, terrible cycle, needing it to stay awake the next day, then needing blah blah blah. Terrible cycle.
I found a nice alternative a few years ago that kept me going through the day and I was more than ready to go to sleep at an appropriate time at night. They quit making it or at least I can't find it anymore. Just testosterone enhancement. Not what I need, just need a good night's sleep.

Interesting.

Doc gave me antibiotics and I started up with a strong saline spray. Actually slept in this morning (sinuses were not swollen this morning)

I use or at least try to use a saline spray that is supposed to blow everything out, just not enough. And I don't go to the doc like I should.

It was an ageless male product. It had nothing to help testosterone. It had tree bark and other various natural ingredients. I went to the Dr. years ago and he said the testosterone was fine, I'm just getting older. I went from active and out working most then again after work to tired at work and not doing snot after work. NOT my norm. I just quite going to the doc, which was only a decade regular event anyway.

I'm testing a preworkout supplement that helps. The 5hrs after lunch leave a BAD long term effect. The new supplement gets me through the day and I'm READY FOR BED AT THE RIGHT TIME, like the other ageless male product, if I can not fall asleep on the way home from work.

Nutrition has been super helpful for me. I had vitamin deficiencies (despite more than adequate intake!). I started supplementing in the right form/dose for my body and it was like flipping a switch on. Very dramatic.

Honestly I was starting to get conserned about romeo. I like to see a coat that's shiny. His was dull and it had been that way for a couple of weeks.

The guy eats green grass, like it ever gonna grow again. I thought brisket was a pasture mower, he's got nothing on romeo. Come to think about it... him being a summer calf he might not have eaten much green grass before.

However I believe all he needed was some good ole Texas lovin' because this morning after all that rain and wind that originated in Texas passed through, he's looking like a brand new bull. And might I add what a difference a day makes!

I think him being red shows dirt and dust more so than black or dun. Or maybe it's his hair is a little longer also. IDK something I'll have to keep in the back of my mind. I guess all he needed was a bath and blow dry 😂

Sometime a shower helps

I have a couple goats who grow a denser winter coat and look "rough" as it sheds out. It's an undercoat and pockets of un matched looking hair. Others, it falls out fine. Romeo may not have the same look next yr as his coat changes with age and nutrition.

Today is warm, sunny and calm here...glad the winds are gone. Rain tonight, so hope to get some outside things done today while it's enjoyable. 😊
