Oh what a wonderful morning to be in the garden.
Taking the ready cabbage and more kale, I have a few ripe tomatoes

Someone hasn't been hanging around on the porch, drinking coffee much. Beautiful garden 👍
thank you so much, I give the Golry to the Lord, I dig, plant and water but the rest is up to Him.
hahahahaha I would love a day, just one, hahaha
this is why I cram so hard all week and my goal is to have absolutely everything dont that can be done by 1pm Saturday,, so I can take kind of a day off on Sunday. There is always chickens and dogs and cooking, but I try my best to not do chores on Sunday

My DH doesnt drink regular, he has very bad generic high blood pursuer

My hubby has hereditary high blood pressure (under control) but he also has a hereditary kidney disease and the coffee is good for the kidneys. It doesn't effect his blood pressure more than a point or two. Doctor was all for anything to keep the kidneys going better.

Yes, I sure can. Each H brace uses 2 of them. Corner post braces use 3. Gate braces use 2. As I tear out old fence and put up new fence, cross fence, hang gates, I’ll use these and go buy more.

Your garden is beautiful!
Thank you, I try and stay on top of it, I am still cutting carrots and beets to ferment,,
the previous owner used quite a bit of wooden posts,, some have broken at ground level and luckily we had T-posts to replace them with,, but, if more break we will have to buy more T-posts

Everytime I see a beautiful garden, I think of 1kings 19:18-21. Elisha plowing with a yoke of 12 pairs of oxen, when Elijah cast his mantle on Elisha. Elisha didn't even get to kiss his mom and dad goodbye. Elijah said after all I done for you? You're a minister follow me. So Elisha bust up the wood plow, slew the 12th pair of oxen and had a huge BBQ and the people did eat 😋

12 oxen wouldn't even fit in my garden let alone 12 pairs and a plow behind them. Could you imagine standing behind a plow powered by 12 pair oxen, it would take 10 acres just to get the mess turned around 😂

Not pretty to look at, doubt anyone would want to purchase any. but I grew it and it's no spray organic delicious. I ain't proud, I'll eat it, just means more for me, is all 😁

Very peary, tender, sweet, flowery taste, not to gritty. Hard to beat a tree ripe bartlet pear.

I'm going to pick a bunch of ripe ones and make at least 2 batches of pear sauce, 1 Bartlet batch and one Starking batch. Your in for a real treat when the starlings ripen, also no spray organic 😋
