Long, long night - and not much sleep to get through it. Again, DH's blood sugar was out of control high and his alarms were blaring. Finally got him to level off and start dropping about 3:30a. And then wouldn't you know it - by 6:30 his low alarms were going off. Just can't win some nights. I'ma need a gallon of coffee to get through this day!

This would help. Great stuff, a little goes a long way. Actually stopped in the store in Colorado last year. Great little independent roaster, we have been ordering online for years

Plowing ahead, broke down a bulk 5 lb bag of rice into individual and meal size portions and then vacuum sealed. Lower overall cost, no worries about spoilage, and no measuring of the rice needed when preparing.

On to the next thing....
