Good prices and nice that you can pick up for them...a visit soon I'm sure. My nearest Costco is 35 miles out.

that might be about the same but we don't go there as we already have a membership at another bigbox club store. we go there once a month or so to stock up on bulk baking supplies and a few other things they have.

it sometimes does pay to check prices. we can often get good meats just a few miles from us so why drive all that ways for higher prices on those?

Costco had to recall a boat load of Kirkland butter. Yes, butter. Why? Cus the label didn't state it came from milk.

I make hubby go in sometimes now. I can't lift the water yet. Getting closer on the strength of the left hand.

Wow, no kidding? I can't recall the last time I spent two hours in a store of any kind. Even one with $1.50 hotdog combos.

Your not going to believe me but I'm going to tell you anyways. See this rock? I know this rock all too well

Rock keeps ending up in the house, it sprouts 4 legs and walks into the house. I swear tank has some super scent sniffer or something. I throw this rock out into the driveway along with thousands of other rocks. Tank finds it and brings it into the house. I'm like what are you chewing on ? drop it. Low and behold out come rock from his mouth. Not just any old rock, this exact same rock.

The amount of people can really slow you down
Can't tell you how many I wish I could have strangled for blocking aisles. And they are wide aisles. I don't have a problem asking people to move. I'm even polite the couple few times I ask. After that I'll start getting loud and make people question their intelligence. Aka the dumbass at the business center who decided he needed to push his cart backwards down the middle of the aisle and complained about me blocking his way and to move. My cart was 2 inches off the merchandise rack. I'd responded that maybe he shouldn't be such a moron who couldn't countrol his cart and needed 12 feet across to steer it. That got hubby's attention and he came over so the guy left in a huff.

Its also possible to go faster. 15 minutes or less in and out if I just need an item or two. Unfortunately usually it's fresh food or cat food if I only need that few items. Those are in the back of the store.
