Totally agree. I didn't have much of a garden at all this past year, but that will certainly change. Tarriff's will hit everyone. Ready to pay $6 for an avocado?

Unfortunately, much more than food will increase in price as @Mini Horses said. Electronics - yep. Tequila - oh man... (lol). Too much to mention...

Yes, stock up on those canning lids and get started using them!

Clothing. I'd bought a few extra things for us last month. Just hubby's jeans and my t-shirts have to come and those will be here within the week. Spare underclothes are sitting in boxes. Got extras on hubby's C-pap.

Good for a year on most things except the food.

Corporate America probably won't put up with loses for too long. Then they'll force the congressmen they own to do something.

Coffee.....stock up. It keeps for a couple of years past its best buy date. Ask me how I know...

Avocados - ripen, slice and freeze.

More to be missed if the prices are too high: Table grapes. Broccoli. Bell peppers. All sorts of squashes. Pretty much all the produce you see in the grocery store in the dead of the US winter season.

I've been saying I was going to have a screen/green house for years. This might be the time to actually follow through.

I usually keep tea stocked well, but will get more. We have enough of the coffee for hubby to last a year. Mainly because I'd thought we were out and we had some.

I'll probably get some flour and sugar for the buckets. They are US products but I'll bet they go up, too.

I should just get that grain mill I've had on my wish list and store wheat berries since they last longer and if I don't use them, chickens will eat them.
