We had a week of cold, now a week of nicely warm. So it's no wind, sunny & 46* out I took the window AC out for the winter! Since I only live in downstairs, I don't run central air! Glad that window is now down tight. It's a cold magnet otherwise.

Huge panic moment this morning. Started getting emails from the mortgage company with various notices. Everything from the balance was almost paid off to we needed to take action to avoid foreclosure, and about 20 different topics overall.
Found out they had a system issue.
