I knew it was possible. I have a couple books that talk about doing that. They don't produce as much of either as a normal plant because the energy is split on where it's stored.

Still is a fun experiment.
OK I'll try it. Why do I find myself intrigued by trying crazy plant stuff? :hu

TWELVE degrees when I got out of bed at 7:30. Never in my time here has it been this cold. My power bill is gonna be astronomical and I don't even care. I need to be warm in my own home.

we went out for lunch (a pre-planned thing that we really didn't want to get out of because we don't really want to schedule something else again as it took us three weeks to get this afternoon set up as it was) and when we got home i decided to keep my coat, hat, scarf and long sleeved sweatshirt on so that i can see how warm it feels. it's not bad. :) the heat certainly has been running a lot, but the wind-chills today are ick so that is why.
