Ladychef and Punkin, The liquid, most of it boiled out of the jars. Followed canners instructions, had the book right next to me. All that pot liquor gone. What did I do wrong? Free Motion, I did a salt fermented refrigerated kraut in the spring. Is there an easy kraut recipe that I could can safely. Some cabbage will be for freezer slaw that DH loves.
