Some of my spaghetti sauce didn't even make it into the jars. Or I would have had 5 quarts. We have no problems getting into our jars. :lol:

I have to say my goal this year for tomato sauce was 112 quarts. I only make it to around 40. :he and their going quick!!!

Yes - can't wait til next year when I can plant tomatoes (instead of trying the ball recipe with store bought's) and have ALL kinds of bounty! Daddy was the one who LOVED a tomato sandwich, I don't like tomatoes raw - at all - unless it's in freshly made salsa or bruschetta, so I'm really looking forward to being able to make healthy tomato sauce, spaghetti sauce, tomato soup (my youngun loves that stuff), etc

I don't have a problem opening my jars :D
