Here is what I found on the conversions:

125 g flour = 1 cup
120 ml milk = 1/2 cup
120 ml water = 1/2 cup
1/4 t salt = pinch :)

60 ml batter = 1/4 cup

@TexasLisa that sounds like the recipe I used but I just threw it all into the Ninja blender. Very easy. I heated my little green skillet up, rubbed a stick of butter in it and poured in some batter and then just moved the skillet around, tilting it until it covered the bottom in a thin layer. As soon as it looked like it might be browning in the center I loosened it around and turned it carefully. I didn't time it but they were quick to make.

Maybe I can get my son to film me on his GoPro camera and put out a video.
