Darn Freezer

I not only hate losing the money, but losing the labor that we put into that stuff is what would make me cry.

Not just money, all that work! That is why I can some stuff. I also love the taste of the meats I can (similar to slow-cooker) and the convenience of opening a jar and dinner is ready.

We do have two freezers, though, that are usually full. I lost a full fridge-top freezer once and it made me cry!

We can most of our stuff including corn because in the winter the power is bad for going out and it would be a shame to lose all of that good stuff.
