I had a whole day off. DS17 was gone at his biodad's house. I had an appointment that got cancelled. I STAYED HOME*. I didn't even work from home. I cooked, cleaned, did laundry, weeded my garden for hours. *I took DS9 to get s'mores ingredients after school, because, why not?

Yeah, I have been thinking about that advice all day. Now am seriously considering giving up the volunteer gig after this summer
