Lovin' The Homestead
Dace, I believe it was probably feline. My tomcat always eats the head of his victims first and I have seen him with full grown wild rabbits. Where we live it is nothing to find a half of a domesticated animal or wild either and the old timers always say a cat is the culprit. It could be a domestic cat or a bobcat. In our case we even have mountain lions who like to eat dogs
