Hey Doc, what do you think is significant about the death of JFK?
This is my "take" on it too....well said, WZ! Jefferson would be appalled......Wifezilla said:The enemy has always been the same. Statism/elitism/socialism...call it what you like. It is the opposite of freedom/independence/liberty. It has slowly and steadily eaten away at American since it's founding. Sometimes it just takes bigger bites...like now. Or during the Wislon administration. Or FDR...

Seriously though, this is my motto. Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.
Matthew 6:33-34
I do what I can, I try to preserve enough for year to year, but make sure I have resources to to replenish--as in raise my own meat. etc. I know how to forage, what to forage, try to grow what I can. Have other resources in place for bartering etc. I truly do not worry about it.
It is interesting about the deficit though. They said they weren't/couldn't raise it anymore. It has to have a severe impact on you guys eventually. And in a roundabout way, on us too. (you/us being american/canadian) Also, as said in another thread, It wasn't raining when Noah built the ark. That has two meanings to me. Trust God and when he tells you to do something, do it. Whether you are being riduculed or not.
