I forgot all about that.

What a difference 24 hours makes. Yesterday at this time, I was cold and just couldn't get warm. Today was a beautiful day. I'm not sure how warm it actually got. And, it's still warm outside. I'm sitting here in PJ bottoms and a tee shirt. Yesterday, I had all that on as well as a sweat shirt, had a blanket over my legs, had a fire going and was still cold! I don't have a fire going right now, but will probably make one B4 I go to bed.

I did go out in the woods today and cut up some wood. I didn't get a whole truck load, but I got enough along w/what I still have to last at least for a week-especially since tomorrow is supposed to be warm again!

And, I've realized that if I sit around all day and don't do much, the next day, my leg is stiff and I have trouble walking. So, I guess I have to move even on the days when it's nasty out.

I've had to care for KN's chickens the past couple of days-she had too many extra runs to make it out. And, there were no white eggs. So, that means the Leghorns are laying elsewhere. So, I penned them up. I need at least a couple of those eggs for putting in the incubator since it's supposed to be easier to candle them. I looked to see if I could find where either Roxi or Penny could be laying. And, I found 1 eggs. Only problem being, it was cracked. I'll be so glad when I get my chicken area done so I can pen them up.

I saw that...made me want brownies I have gained back about 15 pounds since this wet nasty winter weather has hit and I've been sitting around on my duff eating brownies and cake I am NOT baking anything else for a week Thanks for the temtation though Deb
