It seems like if you ever hurt an ankle it is troublesome from then on.

Ankles & knees!! Vet wrap is my best friend.

You know, you can't look down every minute and between dogs, hogs & chickens there is rarely a level piece of ground! THAT's where you often find your trouble, those dang holes!!!

Glad you got your wood in -- I know it's a PITA, been helping my daughter with hers. We "lucked out" & got a couple downed trees from some yards but a ton of work. Both were cut into chunks by others but loading onto our trailer was not fun. She has a lot there to split but, not yet dry to burn. So, the quest for dry logs is still out there. Farmers have taken crops so now we can get to the woods & cut those up. Lotta work!!!

Yikes, take care of that ankle!! And I second FEM, KT tape is AMAZINGGGGG!!!! I love that stuff!!! I Need to get more actually. One of the tricks is to clean the skin really well with alcohol before you apply it, it sticks a lot longer that way. I can wear mine anywhere from a few days (feet/ankle) to a couple of weeks if it isn't hot summer.

Agree hq! I find that keeping a light sock over it really helps when I'm wearing rubber boots. I even shower with it - just dry it with the hairdryer which helps the adhesive hold better. I needed to retape yesterday and was running late so I went without - mistake! I'm retaped and feeling better today.

I've tried using that B4, and I didn't like how it felt. It's OK in a pinch, but I prefer an Ace. Did some research last night. There are exercises I can do, I plan on trying them. I don't ever recall doing any PT after I've injured it and I probably should have.

Been super busy. It keeps raining, which is making it very difficult to get any wood in. I've been given a ton, only problem being, it's green. So, I'm getting that cut up and stored for next year. I may just have enough from what I was given for next year. That would help me a lot. Then I won't have to worry so much about it. If plans go right, I'd be able to start looking for land in about a year.

Still working some days, which is why I'm so busy. I still have the same amount of other work to do since hubby does very little around the house.

Still having problems w/my ankle. I try to remember to strap it, but don't always.

The tractor at the farm is broke down, so I don't know how I'm going to get some of my projects done. It's an expensive fix, and RU doesn't have the money. She's had a neighbor come and put out RBs for her
