Distinguishing between journals and normal forum posts

I didn't know to start my journal with my name and the mods corrected that for me. They sent me a note asking that my journal title always begin with savingdogs.

I was thinking it would be nice if journals could start with something that's visually distinct from other posts---not something you have to read and interpret.

Just my .02 but...it was confusing. When I started my journal, I really wasn't sure I was going about it the right way. Still wondering in fact. I did read it should start with my name so I did that right but it seemed very vague.
