This will be the thread that I share all of the compiled CHEESE recipes that I use for "Ditzy Goat" and maybe I will share a fudge or caramel recipe here and there!
I make all of mine in the house so I doubt it will. I compiled these recipes from all over the interwebs so there is no rhyme nor reason behind which ones I chose aside from moldy cheese, I left those out but I can certainly find some to shareI see you live up north. I live around Houston, TX. Will the temperatures matter in making cheese?
