Have you guys made this before? Reason being, I have heavy creme, and yogurt, and I was thinking of making it. but my kitchen is 65F, and no place consistently warm to make it. Could I just make it in the yogurt maker?
I don't think it needs to be very warm in the room. When I made it, I heated the cream to a certain point (I can't remember off the top of my head, but I think it was under boiling) and then added the buttermilk. So it started off warm and cooled down, which probably would help. Wait, here are some instructions .
