I have seen it used with horses. They (with heavy gloves on) rub the horse's legs with it and then wrap them first with saran wrap and then with a standing standard leg wrap. Seems to work on those horses.
I have seen old people buy it to use on themselves. Personally ... I don't think I would use it on MY horse much less me. There has got to be a better way.
