Do You Have Livestock on 3A or Less?

I have 2.8 acres and 2 horses, 20-some odd chickens (layers), 3 rabbits, 2 dogs, numerous cats and a 70x70 garden. I've raised 21 meatie chickens on the yard. I only give my horses hay in the winter. They get winter grain and only supplement in the summer. Technically I have a good space for pigs, but my immediate neighbors (parents 
) own a ruling majority of the property (they gave me an acre, they own the other 1.8... have to have 2acres for livestock here)and they disagree. I do have them *this close* to agreeing to dairy goats!!
