cornstarch in the folds of skin--like baby powder. keep the areas dry--b/c yeast grows in moist warm areas. I know yogurt can work topically when applied to girly yeast infections, might work here too. Butcornstarch in the folds does work. (I had two fat babies. )
I think that yeast feeds on cornstarch..
All I know is that my little fat babies used to grow yeast cheese in their double chins, and I used to just keep it dry with cornstarch. Keeping it dry was the main thing, but the cornstarch absorbed the moisture. For me, the yeast went away.

I use ACV on Tonka's ear...just swab it with a q-tip after cleaning.

How about a treadmill??? Sorry, couldn't resist.....how about baby powder?

Instructions I've used for making deodorant and for baby care products from a certified aromatherapist were to not use cornstarch (because it is more likely to grow stuff) but to use arrowroot powder, which is very similar but less starchy and less supportive of yeast and bacteria.

Stir in a couple drops of an essential oil such as lavendar and tea tree and you'll have a nice powder that will not support yeast growth. And will smell lovely, too!

Ooh, Ammens powder is also good. It's a medicated powder that's found in most pharmacies and many goat people use it to get rid of staph issues on udders (that's how I found it, and it worked wonders). I'd bet it'll work on yeast too.
