Am I the only one who wanted to cry at all that lovely suet going from a dump truck and into a dumpster? I wanted to say, "Bring that over here so I can render it all in my Dutch oven! Did I tell you I have a lovely new/old Dutch oven? You can hug it if you are nice to me!"
