I eat a lot of potatoes and turnip greens :D actually have had a good bit of both the last couple days.

Thanks for the link :) I'll have to check it out. I'm kinda leaning toward the potassium issue being it. It makes the most sense. The extreme hunger....could just be that I am working outside and sweating a lot right now. I'm not as hungry today :hu though I DID work my tail off. But then I also remembered breakfast this morning too. :hide I get so busy I often forget to eat breakfast. I hit the ground running in the mornings usually.
:th Left out that teensy bit of info huh
Eat your breakfast, and pack it full of good protien and fats!

 Iron, potassium, and C...I eat plenty of meat, so iron should be good. I'm thinking either C or potassium then. I'll try bananas and OJ for breakfast for a week or so and see if it helps :D Thanks ya'll!!!
Hmmm..

I almost died from to much potassium. I went in for a blood test. The next thing I know I was in class and the hospital called the school and told them that I needed to be rushed back to the hospital. They wouldnt even let me take my books, bag, or coat. They wanted me out that door fast. So I go careful on the bananas

And I eat tons of oranges.. And when I cant get oranges I do take vitamen C.

And I have been tested repeatedly for low iron. Mine has always been normal or above normal..

So I wonder, why to I bruise so badly.. Hmmm. I will probably never find out cause I no longer have insurance, so I never go to the doctor.. I havent been to a doctor in 5 years. But I wish I could go, cause I now get dizzy or light headed spells now..
