Sugar. Comes from sugar beets and thus is a vegetable.

Exactly! Now you get it! By breaking down foods into their respective food groups, the truth comes out. Foods the dieticians say are bad for you really are not. They are lying. There is probably a warehouse somewhere where these experts hoard all the REAL food for themselves. They are probably hung over right now, at this moment, from the eggnog party they had last night.
