Classy tagline, SKR8PN.
Just stating what I have noticed to be a pretty common occurrence. ;)

My education lets me live, but my common sense keeps me alive.

I think it is funny....because it is TRUE!

LOL

As for the case at hand, there are no taxes on food sales in many states. From what I can find on Ohio, they do not tax food. Any profits made by the Manna Storehouse would be taxed as INCOME.

As it should be. If you sell produce at a farmers market you have to report your profits to the IRS and pay income tax. If you sell pre made food such as sandwiches it is taxable on sales tax. Obviously they seized the computers for records of profits.

I guess we'll just have to wait and see what the court says. LOL

Regarding Skrpn8 tag line. Yes I ran in to that in the Army a lot. It was common to hear "You may be smart , bt I have common sense". As they were trying to find an eight digit coordinate on a map. Intelligence and education are mutually exclusive. Sometimes educated people are intelligent. Intelligent people always have common sense.
