I would be eating peach crumble for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and would try a batch of peach liqueur, since that is my latest project.

I would get some onions, garlic, and hot peppers....are any of those peppers hot? And make some fermented salsa.

sorry i thought i said that i use it for smoothies and sorbet. I make a killer watermelon/cantelope sorbet.

With the peaches you could make un-cooked peach pies and freeze them, thaw them out later and cook them for deserts :) My mum does this. She makes shephards pie, apple pie and crabapple pie and she freezes un cooked pies (except with the shephards) and we thaw later and cook.

Canning ideas:
Peach Pie Filling
Peach Butter
Peach Salsa (uses tomatoes and peppers too)
Pizza Sauce
Tomatoes & Okra - for a soup base, or open, heat, serve over rice


Freeze some peppers for Winter cooking
