Good for you!! I wish I had gotten that much accomplished on my snow day yesterday. I had grand plans....
I play recorder too! I started with a group at church but the director drove me nuts and it wasn't fun anymore. So now I just play for myself. Certainly not the pets since they all head for the hills when I pull it out. I even switched to an alto because I like the sound better. They were not impressed with my choice. I tried tenor for a while too but my fingers couldn't reach the lower keys.
I hope you get everything done that you need to and the weather cooperates. It's been nuts here and doesn't show any signs of changing.

I played the clarinet in the high school band, but rather than tote my clarinet home everyday, I just practiced the music on my recorder instead. Glad to see I'm not the only one who plays one on here. Most people look like I have 2 heads when I mention I play one. Mine is old. My parents got it for me when I was in elementary school, so that would make it around 40 yo now.

Glad to hear you had a nice day at home. Sounds like you got a lot done.

I hope everything goes well with your Dad's move today.

Stay safe.

Aww that sweet precious angel couldn't have possibly done all of that!! ;)

You probably know it, but wetting a rag and freezing it is a good teething toy. My Lab wasn't crazy about it so I added a little broth to the soaking water and then froze it.

First at some point last night he decided to poo in the doorway to our TV room, which I got the privilege of stepping in BAREFOOT in the wee hours of the morning. sickbyc In other news ... he woke me up chewing on something and I wake up to find him gnawing away on my GLASSES!!
ha! i had that puppy day too...

and our Dog#1 destroyed my $400 reading glasses when he was a pup. ugh!

someone explained it to me that your glasses really smell like you - which is why they are so appealing.

grrr.......

but that pup is ADORABLE
