A bit of shopping always cheers me up. Even if it's just getting things I need. It's nice to do something out of the normal routine.
I am the exact opposite. I hate to shop, unless it is online. Have always been like that to. :hu
I am the same way, Farm! I seriously do not like to shop...the other day I needed to buy new tenny runners as mine had blown out the side and one could see my socks. I went right back to the same store at which I had bought them last year, found the exact same shoe and bought two pair so I wouldn't have to shop for shoes again for a couple of years. I also bought a new pair of leather sandals at the same place...the whole transaction took all of 5 minutes. It made my DAY! I love to speed shop, get exactly what I wanted and walk out of the store. Shopping complete.

hey Bee, good to see you. :frow

I have to admit when I take my kids shoe shopping I do the same thing. Usually the shoe store I go to has a buy one get one half off sale. So last time I bought the second for each 1/2 size bigger.

My husband has complained that I'm hard to shop for. He and my DD went to 3 malls once trying to find me a present. I told him, I'm not hard to shop for, you're just shopping in the wrong places. Since then, he's started to shop for me in places like TSC and the local tack shops. Problem solved. And, I also hate to shop in traditional stores. They have very little that I want or need. I hate to go food shopping w/my hubby. It takes 2x as long, if not longer than if I go by myself-and it costs more.

That dinner sounds great!! I'm with the anti-shoppers here LOL. Although get me into a really good fabric store or herb shop and I can enjoy myself :p

There was a store near me that had silk brocades... :drool

I hate grocery shopping with groups, the more people you take with you, the more you end up spending!
