Good morning FF, just stopping by to say hello. Sorry about the temps. I hope things cool down for you soon.
I am going to need to build some type of shade for my current meats. Youd should see the legs on these birds. They seem very strong and upright compared to the CornishX.
I like the idea of cooking and blanching outdoors. I will have to keep my eye open for a turkey dryer.
