We get a week in June, July and three weeks in August. I'm trying not to go into panic mode looking at all things I thought I'd have done but I don't. I do it every year. You'd think I'd learn!

It is also interesting to me that I seem to get MORE actually accomplished on those short breaks ... Spring, Christmas, even Labor Day. I seem to plan my time better. Spring break one year I gutted, re-wired, re-insulated and re- sheet rocked our son's room (now our TV room)! I would have never gotten it done in the summer. I get pulled in too many different directions then. :D
So true! I can remember doing the same thing. We completely took the living room walls down to the studs, added insulation, and installed new drywall. The only thing we had left to do was paint, which we saved until the first week-end after break. We went back to school exhausted! But got lots done! :gig

I agree. With too much time sprauled out in front of me I get lazy. "I'll have plenty of time...." then it's gone.

Wow, I just got caught up from your weekend.....you make me tired! That fox was pretty bad. Maybe it can be saved and moved somewhere far away from your birds!
