one of the most simple peanut butter goodies i make is peanut butter, mix with some powdered sugar until you get it to the consistency you want and then coat with chocolate. i've made thousands of these already through the years. i have chocolate molds i use for them and squirt them with the filling and chocolate. it's not easy sometimes but hey, we can always eat the rejects...

Have a new recent favorite cookie that I make out of sprouted oat flour, add either chocolate chips, vanilla milk chips, walnuts, or pecans.
Underbaking in a 9X13 pan turns them into cookie bars or blondies.
