Out to pasture
Yup that slimey stuff is the mother. kind of like kombucha mother - the slimy part. I have several stored in jars. I hope they survived without having anything added to them. I am still saving for a decent bottle of apple juice, so I can make some more acv. All I have found on sale here lately is sugary with HFCS in it nasty stuff. I just want some plain apple juice. Soon there should be plenty available, because Gravenstein apples will be ripe and every one will make juice. And it is soo good
