Thank you. They're treating him like a pincushion :rolleyes: with various blood tests, etc. but they need to get the results before they decide on doing the heart cath or just changing his meds and releasing him.

Is he whining about being poked so much? (sorry, just trying to make a joke) You would think the amount of blood they take in one vial would be enough to dab a thousand slides for as many tests. Try not to worry too much, he'll be fine (once they stop draining his blood supply) :hugs

He doesn't complain about the pokes as much as the timing. They start drawing blood around 4 am then every time he tries to get some more sleep- they seem to come in again.

They plan it that way. "Get lots of rest," they say as they come in every couple hours....

It's hard to get any rest in the hospital. I swear some of those monitors that you're hooked up to that connects to the nurses station also monitors when you are relaxed & about to sleep. It's almost as if they want to keep you on edge, kinda like some torture chamber. It'll be okay hun. :hugs
