Decided its going to be more economical to buy the raw farm cheese in slightly larger blocks, and since it takes the two of us a while to eat a block, I need to freeze it so we don't waste it.
What is the best method freezing cheese so that it doesn't get frosty? I was considering wrapping in seran and then foil over it (and labeling it so it doesn't become cheese surprise!)
Suggestions? Ideas?
