She's gorgeous, but looks maybe mixed with that lacing on her feathers. She's very unique

This has been so much fun folks - but I have less than 8 hours before I have to get up and get to work. One of the few Saturdays I have to work, but it is what it is!

See ya'll tomorrow!

Internet is actually functioning this morning. Yup I think you found it FEM, pretty sure that's what she is. They have the same color pattern.

So will your husband have to go back for more testing? When is his surgery again?

Thanks WBF!

Crazy busy day here!! Worked this morning. It was the city wide clean up so I took a dozen of our students around town to do some trash pick up. They did good! Turned our trash in so they could count it.... wasn't so nice to haul stinky trash in a van with sweaty teenagers, YIKES! But, we did our part.

Got coccidia treatment done on a couple of kids, trimmed a few feet and visited with the neighbors.

Havta drive DH, his mom and sister to a funeral tomorrow. It's going to eat up the rest of my weekend but it's family so I'm not going to complain.

I'll save my comp time from today for a week or so and then get an extended weekend out of it Yay! I need to work on the garden and get a few more things in the ground. I didn't get good germination from the okra so I'll replant. I've GOT to have some okra this year!

Caught Cowboy in the garden today - and this big ol giant doofus dog PEED on my squash plant! How dare he!

Confession here... about a week ago I fussed at DH - really badly - about leaving an extension cord plugged in out in the barn. I hate it when people do that. I lost a friend when in high school because her dad left a cord plugged in that had a break in the cord that left bare wires exposed. She got out of the pool and stepped on the cord with her wet foot on the break in the cord and was electrocuted. So DH left a cord plugged in and I fussed at him. He deserved it lol. :smack I've been telling him for 15 years. So, this morning I went out to the barn and found that Cowboy had chewed an extension cord into a bunch of pieces. Good thing for DH that even though he left the cord out in the barnyard - at least it wasn't plugged in.
