Yep sounds like you know what to cull for. ... now the hard part is doing it! Conan will be a great help it seems, even if he's structurally leaving something to be desired!

Happy cleaning day!

They will be using DH's bathroom so I've really got to get in there and make it guest ready. I mean... a guy has been using it exclusively for awhile and I do NOT even go in there... :sick  so I'm expecting this to be an ordeal... :(

Gotta get busy...

Isn't it amazing that "POINTERS" seem to never hit the target?

Ya'll are cracking me up!

We have the master bath and the former kiddo's bathrooms upstairs so when my last kiddo moved out of the house I assigned DH the other bathroom. Not even so much because of his lack of pointing ability - but there is that, lol. Mostly it's because of the man hair. I hate man hair and he has a LOT of it! I'm not even sure why he has a lot of it because he sheds so much you'd think he'd have a bald body by now. I tell ya - I could go the rest of my life a happy person if I never see another man hair in my bathroom!

Got started upstairs but got side-tracked and decided to tackle the main fridge. I may or may not get to the extra one. It was definitely time - I found a bottle of salad dressing that expired a year ago... YIKES! Crazy how stuff can hide in there...

I started a big pot of rice for the dogs that I'm tossing a bunch of leftovers in. The dogs love it when I clean the fridge, lol. They're getting some goat milk that I had taken out of the freezer. It started separating when thawing so it's going in the pot too.... along with some older boiled eggs, cheese and all sorts of goodies.

A friend at work gave me a package of venison chili meat the other day and I cooked it up intending to make venison chili. I've gotta admit that it's going straight into the dog food pot too. :sick It's the first time I think I've detected some sort of "taint" in meat. Maybe it was a really old buck or something...it never even smelled right and the taste was even worse. Dogs should love it!

Ok - diet root beer break is over. Back to it...

Looks like you got your Christmas present already. This will take care of the short and curly winter bush.

Catching up after a week or so off....sorry about your dental episode starting just before such a huge eating frenzy! o_O

My goats are being commandeered by Romeo making his own way in & out of every place I put him! I am assuming that EVERY doe is bred, from the smile on his face! :idunno so it goes.

Have a great visit from your family. Hey, you can have mashed potatoes & gravy! :drool

:( I really did have some lousy timing here huh? Don't worry, I'll figure something out. After all - there's food involved and I love food. I might just have to take my falsies out and eat in a closet, lol! Actually, I've found out as long as I'm careful and take extra small bites I can eat on one side of my mouth and you can't really see. (I practiced in front of a mirror, lol) Thanksgiving doesn't seem so bleak now - I'm looking forward to it. And, if ya think about it Thanksgiving involves a whole lot of soft food: mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, dressing, green beans, gravy... And pie...soft pies like pumpkin, and chocolate, and apple...all soft!

We had an absolutely gorgeous day today and what did I do? Stayed inside all day. THIS is why I hate house cleaning...I get obsessive. It's kinda like why clean if you're not gonna do EVERYTHING? I hate it, but I can't stop myself. I've moved furniture. I've crawled under the dining room table and dusted the legs. I cleaned out the drawers on the buffet even got under the kitchen sink and cleaned up the cleaning supplies...YIKES! What is wrong with me????

I did manage to get outside and feed a couple times today. It was nice...I felt normal! I managed to catch a goat that I haven't been able to touch in months. Checked her eyelids. Went and got Cydectin and dang if she didn't allow me to catch her again. She's pregnant...gotta be. She's had an entire personality change...no other explanation.

Checked some of my notes today and discovered that I may have a couple goats due in January. :ep
