Oh my gosh - why are people so clueless!
Any time I sell a goat I try to make it a good match for the people. I had a lady contact me about the young buck that I'll probably end up putting in the freezer anyway. I thought I'd give it one more shot at selling him. Lady contacts me says he's real cute and can I send more pics. I say sure....I go get more pics and in the interim she tells me she wants a good pet for her kids. I tell her - he's not real friendly and I really don't want to mislead anyone. She says ok...but send more pics please. I send more pics and reiterate that as a breeding buck he'll be great, but for a pet he'd need to be castrated. By a vet. For money. I told her I have a pygmy doe due in a week or so and that I'll probably sell one of her kids. So, now she texts me back how much for both? A 10 month old intact buck and a young goat kid sold together? NO! ARGH! I've asked her now if she has any other goats? This is not going to end well.
