It was easy and soooooo good, my hubby who is not a big fan of sweets could not stay out of the dish. Make sure you toast the coconut I think it made it better, and I sprinkled some on top at the end for presentation.
No I have not made the others, I promised I would make Vegan Fudge this week since, so that's next on the list.
I will try to get to the buttery walnut for Thanksgiving.

I cant even look at this thread!! I hate having a low blood sugar problem. :( But gosh darn it I love fudge, my grandma used to make it all the time when I would visit her. She had a big marble slab that she made it on. Coconut cream fudge?!! :drool

This is my go-to fudge recipe. I've made it a lot for bake sales and in all sorts of flavors.

5-Minute Fudge
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1 2/3 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
1 1/2 cups baking chips of any flavor
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup nuts (optional)
Cook milk, sugar, and salt over medium heat. Let boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add chips, marshmallows, and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Add nuts. Pour into lightly greased 9 x 9 pan. Cool. Turn out on a cutting board, and cut into 1-inch pieces.

Is that you Wifezilla? :)

Thank you! I have trained myself NOT to eat anything sugary b/c of what it does to me. However, during this time of year I begin to crave it. So thanks!!

I'm thinking you could add some coconut oil if the fudge is too soft, too.
I've got soapmaking on the brain, so mention of chocolate with coconut oil makes me think a fudge-themed soap would be so scrumptious this time of year!
