Hi SS Friends!

As some of you know, I own a couple very dead forums:

www.RemodelForums.com
www.WoodworkingBoards.com

It's a bit of a paint to maintain a dead forum, but I'm adamantly against deleting historical content people posted.

That being the case, and after much discussion and deliberation, I've decided it's best to import the data from those forums into sub-sections of SS.

So, you'll soon see a couple new sections soon :)

There will be a little dust / cleanup to do with the imported data, so I appreciate your patience!

Once the sections and threads/posts are imported, I'd love your thoughts and feedback on how to organize the sections. If we merge them, move threads, etc. etc. etc.

Thanks again for being a great community!

Since my carpentry skills border on lumber abuse, I’m looking forward to this!
I cut the board twice and it's still to short?

This is why I have trust issues.

Tip... always use the same tape measure per project, start to finish, they lie.

Looking over forums and it took me a few to find SS new members--but we don't have members like on BYC,
You added a second new members under wood working-
[ maybe arrange the forums to be similar as BYC with web info at the top, and a ALL new members under social with sub list of woodworking members / ,,,,] just some morning coffee thoughts

I know you are still working things out
