That is very true Deb. As an aside. There are several types of mushrooms that when exposed to sunlight also produce vitamin D. So if you are lacking in that department you can use them to suppliment.

Hey all! There are lots of SAFE herbs that can help ease the blues!!!! My favourite is oat straw.......oat seed is good too, and also oats in general are beneficial and toning to the mind, as well as being a good source of fiber. Oat straw is very safe but always do your research and make sure your herbs are safe for you specifically. For example, lemon balm ( Melissa officinalis) is an antidepressant and is safe, but, can also lower thyroid function.....so herbs can be hugely helpful, so long as you choose the right ones! ☺️❤️
