Yep, I do remind her....but at least we keep GF at home and in her school lunches. It is not too bad.

:D Yeh. If her only junk is out of the house, that's not bad at all.

I would LOVE to be able to ignore the whole careful diet at times. I love what I eat but then I smell bread baking... Or someone brings an amazing dessert somewhere...

Caramel apples... mmmmm... LOL.

But I'm good because I don't like how I feel when I cheat!! Seizures, bloating, sprays of blood in icky places LOL. Yech. Who needs it?

I had bloodwork done for the gliadin antibody, b levels, and iron levels. Luckily my general practioner's sister is GF so she totally understood.

I experience a lot of the neurological symptoms....dizziness to the point of nausea, depression, anxiety, I shake all over sometimes, numbness and tingling in my extremities.

I have constipation. Bad enough I bleed sometimes when I poop too. My Dr seems to think that given my family history I am probably right to exclude gluten from my diet.

I do know this, when I don't eat gluten, especially at dinnertime, I wake up feeling refreshed. If I do have it I seem to have those hazy, hit the snooze button for an hour, kind of mornings.
