Goat meat is sooooo goood....

I would love to have any recipes you can post. We will in all likelyhood have some goat meat before too long. I doubt I will be able to sell all the kids we get, so some of them will become BBQ! I've never had goat meat before, but I am sure willing to try it.

I've only had goat once, it was BBQ'ed at a local fair. I liked it a lot. The wife and I have discussed raising a couple, but we need to look into it more and would have to get some more fencing up. Maybe someday, in the not too distant future, we will.
