"Good Calories Bad Calories" by Gary Taubes is a great book. It is loaded with references and actually shows you how to "study the studies" in a way.
Hey Wifey :frow I went to get this book and found out he has two! Have you read them both? They both start with Good Calories Bad Calories in the title. I chose the less expensive one which usually tells me it is older, so I figure I will start with that and then get the other one.

It will ship this week as the store was out.....also watched one of the videos last night....very interesting!

2??? Are you sure? There may have been a never revised version. As long as gary is the author, it should be fine.
