greasy homemade bar soap...normal?

Some recipes, even hot process do need some time to harden after cutting into bars. It depends on the actual recipe. I have had a few recipes sweat a little and need up to three weeks to fully harden.

Hot process soap is complete after cooking, no more saponifying takes place, unlike cold process. Some recipes are hard quickly, and some take a little time. Keep track of your recipes and makes notes so you know for the future.
