Green Tomato Salsa?

Hello out there

My garden didnt do that well this year, thank God it did well last year. But I have a ton of green tomatoes on. I do not like fried green tomatoes, so please dont tell me to can them. YUK I thought maybe a green tomato salsa. Has anyone ever ate this? Is it good? I could live on salsa. Do you have a good recipe for a green tomato salsa to can? I know you shouldnt switch it around with salsa when canning, but I am out of jalapenos, I only have yellow hot wax, can I use those? I know I am jumping ahead of the game, heck I dont even have a recipe yet!

I've not had green tomato salsa. We have a relish recipe that uses lots of green tomatoes and it's delicious. A guy at my church makes pickles out of little green tomatoes. He loves them, but I thought they were just okay.

Thanks everyone. Has anyone ever ate green tomato salsa? How about green tomato jelly with half the amount of sugar? I know, lots of questions, lol
