@NH Homesteader that is nuts!

People look at me funny when I say I like rain and snow (in moderation), but coming from summers where our daytime temperatures were in the 90's overnight and up to 130 in the day, rain was rare and snow unheard off… Not to mention huge spiders, 100's of flies and mosquitos and the odd snake in our house… I think I can handle a bit of snow ;) With that said, I'm ready for spring now.

Here's another couple more cute picture of Baby Bear. Typical German Rottweiler pup... Cute little high energy shredding machines. He's a chick magnet -:lol

I heard yesterday that there is a 50/50 chance for a freezing weekend for us :\ I want to start sewing grass seeds, but I think I may wait until next week.

Yeah it's awful. Mud season is going to be horrible when it finally warms up too!

Crap.

A forecaster said: "St Patrick's weekend will be very cold. St. Patrick's Day will be dry in many areas, with bright spells, but scattered snow showers will occur, mainly in eastern coastal counties and along the south coast. Breezy, with moderate to fresh easterly winds. Max. temperatures will range from just 1 or 2 degrees in the north and east to 5 or 6 along west and southwest coasts. Saturday night will be very cold and frosty, with scattered snow showers in the eastern half of the country, but mainly dry elsewhere.

"Still very cold on Sunday, with scattered snow showers, most of them in Leinster and the eastern half of Munster, but well scattered elsewhere, with sunny spells. Max. 1 to 4 Celsius. Very cold and frosty again on Sunday night, but mostly dry."

This winter just won't go away... I don't know about you but where the heck is Al Gore when you need him? I could use some global warming right about now!
